The ultimate Notion template for startups

Over the past 2 years, I've been using Notion to build and manage my startup. I am the co-founder & CEO of biped, a smart navigation device for blind and visually impaired people. In the past 2 years, I've grown biped from an idea to a commercial product, building hardware and software from scratch, with 7 employees today, and raised 2+ million $.

Over these 2 years, I've bought several Notion templates to boost the productivity of our team, but I was always frustrated. Pages are outdated very quickly, not tailored for tech startups, and everything had to happen through Notion, whereas it's clearly not an optimal tool for software TODOs for example... I had to review our organization every 3 months.

So I've rebuilt every from scratch: the core organization of a tech startup: company org., tech & business sides. Taking into account the limitations of Notion.

And I came up with this template. The pages make sense for tech startups (hardware or software). Each page lists suggested resources that you can leverage, integrations you can do, and work organization suggestions that worked for us. I made sure that each page has the highest chance to remain up to date, all the time.

I launched this on weekend that was quite chill (for once), as I still love my side hustles, even while running my startup :)
